Job Description
– Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.
– Propose ideas, plans, implement & evaluate sales campaigns of Con Cungby categories
– Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign categories
– Managing and developing POSM
– All other tasks are assigned by the Sales Growth Lead/ Manager

Requirement
– At least 2-3 years in Trade Marketing
– Good communication, listening
– Be innovative and creative
– Ability to work under challenging and high-pressured jobs
– Good teamwork and cooperative spirit
– Dynamic working and pro-activeness at work and multi-tasking skills
